The brief
Complex product. Two audiences. One site that had to work for both.
Levven makes wire-free smart switches for residential and commercial buildings — a genuinely innovative product that eliminates the need for traditional switch wiring. The challenge was communicating something technically complex to two very different audiences: builders and contractors who needed to understand installation benefits, and homeowners who just wanted to know what it does for them. The website needed to bridge that gap — clear enough for a homeowner browsing on a phone, detailed enough for a contractor evaluating a whole-home solution. The work extended into print with a door hanger campaign targeting homeowners in Levven-enabled developments, designed to drive awareness and upgrades at the point of move-in.
